Hi, I’m Lindsey—the grower, flower farmer, and the heart behind Pauley’s Picks Flower Farm! What started as a love for dahlias has grown into something I never could have imagined. I grow fresh, locally grown dahlias right here in LaFollette, Tennessee, with the hope of bringing a little more beauty, joy, and connection to our community. I’m a mom, a wife, and a small-town girl who loves getting her hands in the dirt. There’s something incredibly special about planting a tiny tuber, watching it grow, and eventually cutting a beautiful bloom to share with someone. Every season brings something new to learn, and I absolutely love the process—from growing and harvesting to creating bouquets and seeing the smiles they bring. At Pauley’s Picks, you’ll find fresh, locally grown dahlias, seasonal flowers, bouquets, dahlia tubers, and a few other garden-grown goodies along the way. I also love finding ways to make flowers accessible and sharing them throughout our community through my self-serve flower stand, local partnerships, special events, and everyday bouquets. But for me, Pauley’s Picks has always been about more than flowers. I love finding ways to use what I grow to connect with and give back to the community that supports me. One of my favorite ways to do that is through "Community in Bloom", a special project created to bring a little extra beauty and kindness to our community by highlighting local businesses in our community every week. This little flower farm is more than just flowers to me. It’s about growing something with my own two hands, supporting local, celebrating the people around me, and creating something beautiful to share. The self-serve flower stand is located at the corner of Indian Hills Road and Claiborne Road in LaFollette. The flower stand is open 24/7 and accepts cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Bouquets are available in the community at the following local businesses during their posted business hours: The Vendor Village (511 W Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766) Open Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Jacksboro Nutrition (2707 Jacksboro Pike Ste 8, Jacksboro, TN 37757) Open Monday-Friday 6:30am-4pm and Saturdays 7:30am-2pm. Mama Tried Salon (140 Kentucky St, Jacksboro, TN 37757) Open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm.
